Tequesta District had over 40 units of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts attend the Lincoln Mart Camporee from Friday, January 23 through Sunday, January 25. This camporee concentrates on various competitions such as pioneering and tug of war, but it is really all about FUN as this Herald Neighbors coverage shows.

Tequesta District's Pack 7 and Troop 7 along with Girl Scout units 7, 48 and 950 had a informative visit from Otter John who taught them about animal conservation and habitat preservation on October 18, 2008. They were featured on the cover of the Miami Herald Neighbors on October 26, 2008.

Tequesta's Pinewood Derby Day was held on Saturday, February 16, 2008, hosted by Pack 92. Pictured above are the proud winners from Pack 7 who took First Place in Tiger, Second Place in Bear and Third Place in Wolf divisions.
